Madison Lane Apartments is a 72-unit subsidized senior housing community located within the Village of Hamilton in central NY, providing affordable housing to very-low, low- and moderate-income elderly or disabled persons.

Our apartments are located in five two-story garden apartment buildings. All second story apartments are accessible by either an elevator or chair glide. Gardening opportunities are available, as well as beautiful nature paths on premises for walking and enjoying wildlife. There is a non-smoking policy throughout our buildings, including the apartments.

Madison Lane Apartments is ideally located in the center of an idyllic college town (home of Colgate University) and residents enjoy many benefits of small town living. It is within easy walking distance of shopping, restaurants and entertainment venues.
